This is my fourth draft.

I don’t feel like myself lately, as far as my thoughts are concerned. I hope that soon I can shake this feeling that I have self induced. I am living my life and afraid of the future, and I need to bring myself back to the now. I feel like my mind is off floating in the distance and I need to anchor it back to today. Being happy about the little things. Taking everything in. The weather (even though i hate the rain i have to admit that by staying in everything's cool with me), my feelings, family, friends, clothes, everything good about life. I just want it to be a long experience for myself and of course, hopefully for everyone.

Sometimes I want to run away like Igby Slocumb. Not from family and friends or military school like he does, not from anything really at all, unless you can count myself and everything I am afraid of. I want to run to something, or in fact just have a something to run to in the first place. People who party, people who don't. People who love clothes as much as I do, who love bitter orange juice and can drink it all the time without feeling sick. People who couldn't love without music and who will make everyone and anyone feel comfortable. People who likes living in hotels just for the fun of it. or just to getaway from everything at the moment. Empty hearts, empty thoughts.

A place where it's okay to sit all alone in the dark thinking about nothing. It's okay to write on the walls too. Write your lists, your words, your quotes, your thank you notes.

This week will replace last week as the busiest week of my entire college life.

I wanna watch 500Days of Summer;
I wanna watch episodes after episodes of Grey's Anatomy;
I wanna laze around the house doing nothing;
I wanna skype with my dear hunnybuns for hours and hours;
I wanna go to bed late after skyping;
I wanna watch silly videos after more silly videos on Youtube;

without a guilty conscience. ugh.


On the other hand,

#1 Talked to Aaron the Bee after not talking to him since he left to UK! (I miss that boy) :D

#2 Pulled a Home Alone face when WuiYang wanted to leave me (we were skyping) for his homework yesterday 'cause I was yes, home alone AND dead tired but all's good in the end :P

#3 Met up with Jocelyn Wong Yiu Sze for a little little while and catched up :)

#4 I bought a purple vintage cropped jacket at the Media Carnival for 10bucks ;)

#5 I got a fake star tattoo on my wrist and I LOVE it :B


Btw, can anyone believe that it's freaking October already??

Last week was..hectic. or as I've told Erik, "the busiest week of my entire college life". Econs exam, Moral group assignment due (which Carmen and I stayed 'till 3.30am for and didn't get to present the next day FML), drama practices (all hail Rapunzel ;)), classes from 8am till evening and more. It was definitely tiring, and half of the time I was complaining like no one's business (sorry people) but deep down I know I'll miss all these when college comes to an end :')

Meanwhile, 3+ years to go FML.
